How to measure yourself
- Chest — measure around the fullest part of your chest, keeping the tape level under your arms
- Length — measure from the highest point of the shoulder straight down to where you want the hem to fall
- Shoulder — measure from one shoulder seam point to the other, across the back
- Sleeve — measure from the shoulder seam to the end of the sleeve you want

Wrong size or not happy with your order? Here's exactly how the return and exchange process works, from request to refund.
Contact us within 7 days of delivery via WhatsApp or email with your order number and the reason for return.
The item must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, with all original tags attached, and packed in its original packaging.
Depending on your city, we'll arrange a rider pickup at no extra cost, or ask you to send it via a courier of your choice.
Once we receive the item, our team inspects it against the conditions above. This usually takes 1–2 business days.
Once approved, a size exchange is dispatched within 2–3 business days, or a refund is processed within 3–5 business days.
Return conditions
- Returns must be requested within 7 days of the delivery date
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered with original tags attached
- Sale items marked "Final Sale" are not eligible for return, only exchange
- Return shipping is free for size exchanges; refund requests may have a small courier fee deducted

Orders are processed and packed within 1–2 business days of confirmation. During sale periods or new drops, processing may take up to 3 business days due to higher order volume.
Once dispatched, orders typically arrive within 3–5 business days for major cities (Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad, Faisalabad, Rawalpindi) and 5–7 business days for other cities and rural areas across Pakistan.
We currently offer free delivery on all orders across Pakistan, with no minimum order value required.
Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a tracking link via SMS and WhatsApp on the number provided at checkout.
Cash on Delivery (COD) is available nationwide — simply pay in cash to the rider when your order arrives at your door.
Our courier partners typically attempt delivery 2–3 times. If delivery fails after multiple attempts, the order is returned to us and you will be contacted to reschedule.
If you need to update your delivery address, contact us within a few hours of placing the order — once dispatched, we're unable to redirect it.
